With a strong foundation in higher education, a vibrant small business economy, and robust community support, Mt. Pleasant is ready to welcome its next wave of change-makers through its local Make MI Home program.
Make MI Home is a first-in-the-nation talent retention and attraction program created by the Michigan Growth Office to support locally tailored strategies that kick start population growth statewide. Pleasant Area Chamber of Commerce, Mt. Pleasant Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, Mt. Pleasant Area Community Foundation, the City of Mt. Pleasant and Charter Township of Union.
