Executive Chef H. J. Jan is an esteemed culinary artist, having achieved remarkable success in prestigious competitions. With an astounding record of 16 gold medals and 2 silver medals at the Culinary Olympics, as well as amassing over 100 trophies, Chef Jan proudly holds the distinction of being the first Chinese chef to clinch a Gold Medal in the Culinary Olympics. His remarkable talent and dedication have also earned him the highest number of gold medals among participants in the world's three largest professional culinary competitions.
