We are currently seeking proposals from prospective commercial tenants interested in becoming part of a new mixed-use development located in the heart of Mt. Pleasant at 221 W. Michigan Ave.
As a priority site within downtown, this project is envisioned as a vibrant destination that brings together residential and commercial activity while contributing to the continued growth and energy of the community. We are seeking businesses and concepts that can activate the street level experience, create a strong customer presence, and become long-term contributors to the district.
