Employers in Arenac, Bay, Clare, Gladwin, Gratiot, Isabella, Midland and Saginaw Counties can request customized trainings for employees by completing the form below. We'll follow up to assist you in making a plan that works for you and your team, achieves your goals, and is as simple as possible.

Request for Employee Trainings

Individuals Seeking Training

If you live or work in Arenac, Bay, Clare, Gladwin, Gratiot, Isabella, Midland, or Saginaw County, you are eligible to receive up to 40 hours of free trainings and course materials. All you need to do is verify your residency or employment in the counties listed above. We've tried to make the process as simple as possible. It can be completed online, but you will need to ensure that you have verification documents and information ready when you fill out the form. 

Before completing the form, please have the following:

  • Federal Tax Documents for 2021 for all relatives in your household who earned an income in 2021 and are 18+ years old. You will need to upload these on the application.
  • Photos of the front and back of your driver's license or Michigan ID.
  • Working email addresses for all relatives in your household who earned an income in 2021 and are 18+ years old. These household members will need to sign the application form to verify their details. They will be emailed a copy of the form so that they can complete a digital signature.
